As the Head Chef of YUM CHA, Chef Winson Yip is responsible for all our quirky Dim Sum creations, including our signature emoji-inspired custard buns and Piggy BBQ pork buns of Instagram fame. With more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Winson worked in several international hotels and resorts before joining the team at YUM CHA.
Benjamin has more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. The restaurateur is also behind the creation of a few popular restaurants in Hong Kong.Educated in Switzerland and the United Kingdom, Benjamin graduated with first-class honours in Catering, Hospitality and Tourism.
Chef Mak heads YUM CHA’s Wok section — he’s a champion of Chinese tradition and is constantly at the centre of the action. Before joining the team, Chef Mak was head chef of several renowned five-star hotels.
